ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer PO tracking and approvals, as needed. Manage PO logs for customers.
Work with order processing and shipping team to track and manage orders, trouble shoot issues
Pull weekly sales from customer portal for sales team analysis
Summarizing and publishing excess and closeout availability, creating line sheets for sales team to send to customers
Preparing materials, samples, and physical spaces for all retailer and internal meetings, ensuring that all recaps and documents are prepared in a timely manner
Professionally following up with retailers on all open issues and opportunities.
Managing retailer-based systems, such as NuOrder at Nordstrom, in order to provide excellent service to our accounts, thereby creating strong positive relationships with our customers
Working with the Production team on additional order needs (i.e., tickets, packing instructions, etc.).
Working with Customer Service to quickly solve and clear all order complications
Working with warehouse on all necessary shipping and packing details
Traveling to stores and/or customers as needed to support the business
Support VP of Sales with order management, as needed
Taking on special projects as directed by the President and VP of Sales
