Spanish Broadcasting System is seeking a full-time individual with preferably radio experience. The ideal candidate must be extremely organized, efficient with office tasks, able to handle multiple responsibilities, and be a team player. This position will involve assisting the Sales Team & Management with client requests, day-to-day reporting, filing, entering orders, overseeing sales area printings, and managing various projects.
The role will also require assisting and acting as a backup to other Sales Assistants and helping in the traffic department when needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint applications is essential, while experience with Wide-Orbit is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are preferred but not required.
