A New York City-based macro brokerage firm focused on Investment & Sector Strategy, Economics, Washington Policy Research, Technical Analysis, and Fixed Income Research seeks one institutional sales assistant to join its sales team, located in midtown Manhattan. Experienced professionals and recent college graduates with superb transcripts and a strong commitment to join a growing boutique research sales and trading team will be considered for the role. Compensation will be based on performance and for those who excel, will be considered for other open positions within the firm. Strategas is currently seeking a Sales Assistant in our Midtown Manhattan office. As a Sales Assistant, you may:
- Support salespeople in establishing new institutional buy-side relationships
- Coordinate meetings and manage calendars
- Be responsible for general office management - supplies, inventory, kitchen upkeep, reception duties and general clerical responsibilities
- Maintain customer databases and contact lists
- Assist the Sales Team in general customer support
- Perform other duties as assigned
