Sales Assistant (1099 POSITION)We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join our team at Genesis Carpet Sales! This position is perfect for someone who is eager to learn about flooring products and assist customers in finding the best solutions for their needs. The role will be mostly sales-focused, but some warehouse help may be required from time to time. Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand our range of flooring products to guide customers in selecting the best options for their spaces.
- Answer phones and provide top-notch customer service.
- Assist with occasional warehouse tasks, including using warehouse machinery such as forklifts and cutters (training provided).
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
- Light clerical duties.
Position Details:
- Part-time 14-35 hours per week.
- Flexible schedule, Monday through Friday.
- Independent contractor (1099).
