We are a growing and dynamic company with two distinct business divisions: Chery Equipment Group, specializing in the sales and rental of heavy equipment and tools, and Chery Industrial, offering a wide range of industrial products. Chery Industrial is looking for a candidate with business thought and data analysis capabilities. The Manager Assistant will help the Sales Director handle various related daily affairs which include developing new business and analyzing sales data. Job Responsibilities:
- Use software (such as Excel, ERP, WMS) to collect, record, and organize various sales data
- Use statistical analysis to make reports
- Assist the Sales Director to develop new business
- Continuously track sales orders and resolve related matters as required
- Maintain various information system data
- Handling office related affairs.
Qualifications:
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Bachelor's degree, Master's degree is preferred
- Proficient in the use of office software, such as Microsoft Suite, Google Suite
- Experience in ERP, WMS, and Salesforce (preferred)
- Strong communication and writing skills
