Fred Beans Hyundai of Doylestown is currently looking for a Sales Assistant tohelp assist one of our top Sales Staff with day to day responsibilities!Hours: Monday- Saturday 9am-4pm (day off during the week)Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:• Entering customers into CRM, inputting used car descriptions,uploading used car pictures, ordering brochures, providingadministrative support to sales.• Answer incoming phone calls and directs callers to the appropriatedepartment or individual, or takes a message.• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly andefficient manner.• Obtain basic demographic information about each customer, using anups card, a computer system, a log sheet or other method establishedby the dealership.• Communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timelymanner.• Assist with clerical duties as requested.• Maintain a professional appearance.• Other tasks may be assigned.What we offerCompany funded training and leadership programs to help you further your career.
