Learn more ( .If you're ready to be a part of our team, we encourage you to apply.Job DescriptionYour TeamThe sales team is looking for an enthusiastic part-time Community Representative to join our team for Brookfield Residential 55+ Master Planned Community known as Heritage Shores. The position will share the vision and story of our expanding new home community to customers visiting the Welcome Center.**This position is a Part-Time role primarily from 10:00 AM EST to 6:00 PM EST from Sunday through Thursday every week, totaling 28 - 32 hours a week. Weekends are required. **Your Key DeliverablesUnderstand and support the execution of community brand at all touch points—the Welcome Center, at model homes, at amenities and throughout the community.Guide the Welcome Center guest experience in person and online in Drift, a live-chat feature on Nexton.com, to ensure the consumers' wants and needs are metEffectively register guests and capture guest information.Assist in checking website content weekly to ensure all content on Nexton.com is accurate and current, including community events, blogs, photography, school information, community and area information, builder information, Homefinder, website links, etc. Makes updates in Umbraco and Tochi as needed (training provided).Manage sales and traffic data entry and reporting and communicate weekly trends to team.Coordinate with builder sales agents to gather important customer information and maintain valuable relationships.Assist in content creation and posting to social media channels.Open, maintain and close the Welcome Center according to procedure.Perform administrative functions such as preparing letters, emails, flyers, managing mail and assisting the Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Director.Place supply orders and maintaining an inventory of supplies and gifts.Assist and participate in on and offsite community events, grand openings, and other special promotions as needed. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to; helping with vendor organization, ordering and preparing give-away items, overseeing guest registration, taking photographs, cleanup, etc.Support the real estate agent outreach program by contacting agents to inform them about Nexton and our program.
