JLL is seeking a Sales Assistant to join the New England Brokerage Operations team. This position entails working with a diverse group of professionals to support the salesforce. This individual will provide reliable, support to our sales brokers and work closely with the Operations team to manage day-to-day requests and priorities. This individual will be working in a fast-paced, sales environment and will require independent judgement to plan, prioritize and organize their workload.n
- Prepare market surveys, tour books, proposals, lease abstracts, drive time analysis and other client related material.
- Draft and edit proposals, letter's of intent and leasing agreements
- Manage team's prospects and new business efforts, assist with intranet/extranet sites and tech adoption
- Manage brokers bios, case studies, market overviews and commonly used industry-specific slides
- Partner with sales enablement team to prepare new business material for prospective clients
- Partner with research team to update market intel and research reports
- Partner with marketing team on any team specific brochures, floor plans, stacking charts and flyers
- Partner with Operations team to oversee consistent and efficient internal processes, projects and tasks
- Attend group-wide team meetings and company initiatives
- Perform ad hoc functions and projects that support the business and revenue generation for the sales team
- Provide general administrative support to brokerage team. Responsibilities include; opening IT tickets, ordering new iphones, mail distribution, and other miscellaneous requests.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or higher
- 2+ years of professional experience
- Real estate experience preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service
- Proficient in MS Suites
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong communication, organization and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
