Full Time Senior Living Sales Assistant: Sunday - Thursday Schedule

This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door and learn the Assisted Living sales process. You will work collaboratively with our Full Time Community Relations team in a support position assisting with follow up phone calls, community tours, CRM lead database entry and move-in coordination.

As a Sales Assistant Move In Coordinator assisting the Belmont Village Senior Living Sales team, you will work closely with prospective residents and their loved ones providing exceptional customer service while assisting with prospect follow-up calls, providing community tours as needed, assisting with the move-in process and providing other administrative support within the sales department.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Coordination of move-in process and assisting with all non-care related move-in logistics
  • Conducting prospect follow up calls and providing community tours as needed
  • Maintaining apartment inventory & readiness lists
  • Assisting with sales and marketing events within the community as needed

WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Minimum of 2 years sales support experience preferred within Hospitality, High End Retail or Senior Living
  • Proven success with organization, independent time management & attention to detail
  • MS Office proficiency with the ability to learn CRM database software
