Responsible for providing high-end customer service and store support while assisting with any customer questions. Job Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding retail shop and services.
- Utilize the elevated levels of sales and service to maximize sales performance.
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise.
- Provide the highest level of customer service.
- Accurately handle all payments
- Complete opening/closing checklists according to standards
- Welcome guests, take or assist in taking guest orders, and collect payment for items ordered
- Must be able to work nights, holidays and weekends.
