As a Client Advisor with Venus et Fleur, we'll encourage you to take extra time to understand our customer's needs and provide an extraordinarily one of a kind, customer service experience. We are looking for an experienced and responsible client advisors to join our team! Responsibilities: (including but not limited to):
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficient in verbal and written English language
- Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management
- Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
- Physical demands: This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
- Available work rotating weekly schedule
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Requirements + Qualifications:
- Timeliness; reporting to work on time and available rotating retail schedule
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail.
- Full open weekend availability. Must be available a minimum of 4 days per week.
- Good communication skills
- Confident and outgoing
- At least 2-3 year of luxury retail experience
- This is considered a key holder position, you will be expected to open and close the store.
