Job Description:

Governor's Gun Club of Kennesaw Governors Gun or Guntry Club [GGC] is unlike any other experience! Our premier facility is over 87,000 square feet offering 35 gun ranges, one of the top three largest indoor shotgun fields in the country and multiple event space options accommodating more than 300 people. Additionally, members have access to our award winning members only Copper Jacket Restaurant, lounge, and outdoor patio. GGC offers our members an endless array of exclusive events, monthly concerts, karaoke, wine tastings etc. Kennesaw is looking to add a full-time Membership Services Associate. This position is responsible for but not limited to, sourcing and enrolling new members, nurture relationships with existing members, and address comments, questions, and concerns of existing members. Experience with country clubs or former military is encouraged. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for recruiting and enrolling new Members into the Club
  • Responsible for achieving the Club's Membership sales goals
  • Ensures the enrollment process is complete and records Membership profile information
  • Managing monthly renewal process of 150 + memberships
  • Maintain prospect database in accordance with standards utilizing the system functionality to stay organized, generate reports, etc.
  • Represent the Club in city and community activities and organizations to provide awareness of the Club and to develop sources for prospective Club Members
  • Works with our Marketing Department to develop programs and social media campaigns to create awareness and brand recognition.
Job Requirements
  • Proven track record of sales performance; motivated by sales & numbers
  • High-energy and outgoing personality
  • Exudes confidence and professional image in an upscale, casual environment
  • Outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills required
  • Strong technical literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of CRM systems preferred
  • Attention to detail insuring thorough member onboarding
  • Ability to foster relationships with Members, employee partners and other community leaders.
  • Creativity, attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Applicant must possess a passion for providing high quality Member service and commitment to exceeding expectations
  • Two years external sales experience or one year within ClubCorp
  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Weeknights and weekends are required
Hour Pay: DOE, Hourly rate is a minimum of $16, plus commission. Schedule: Full-time, approximately 35 hours a week including evenings and weekends. Holidays: Governors is closed on Thanksgiving, early Christmas Eve, Christmas Day; other major holidays TBD.
