If so, this could be the perfect career opportunity for you!We are seeking a Sales Event Associate (also known as Sales Associate at Erickson Senior Living) to join our dynamic Sales and Marketing team. In this key role, you will market the Erickson lifestyle to prospective residents, analyze business metrics to assess prospect viability, and determine the best next steps in the sales and marketing process. This role also requires a creative thinker who can plan, organize, and execute multiple events each month, hosting anywhere from 25 to 200 prospects at a time.Greenspring is located on 60 acres and is a vibrant retirement community located in Springfield, Virginia and is part of a network of communities managed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of Senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states and growing.Compensation: Starting at $26 per hour, commensurate with experienceHow you will make an impact:Assumes a leadership role in both pre-and post-reservation sales processes, including responding to telephone inquiries, handling walk-in customers and immediate tours, initiating and organizing customer relationship management through events and experiential engagements, and moreAssesses customers' needs and makes decisions on type and quantity of information to provide.Meet with prospective residents to evaluate their financial status.Actively promote the community and participate in all marketing events and functions.Participate in community activities and meetings to enhance the relationship between the sales office and other community departments.Produce professional written communication to prospects and organizational partners.​​What we offer:Competitive benefits packages including medical, dental, vision, and PTO in accordance with applicable state law.401k for all employees 18 and over.
