RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide a first-class buying experience

* Manage daily workflow

* Attend training and excel at product knowledge / walk around

* Close deals!

* Build and maintain book of business

* Work side-by-side with BDC and manage leads

* Attend sales meetings

* Meet objectives

* Meet and exceed sales goals

REQUIREMENTS

* High energy and optimism

* Comfortable with high line customer

* Excellent verbal / written communication and follow-up skills

* Must be a team player

* Top-notch closing abilities

* Desire to think outside the box

* Diligent work ethic / responds well to performance based work / organized thinker

* Have an adaptive personality--able to shift with and ever moving market

* 2+ years retail automotive sales
