Brand: Spirit Halloween The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal storeThe Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company StandardsThe Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss preventionThe minimum age requirement for this position is 16The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing walking The store you have selected is a Spirit Halloween Consignment StoreWhile you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise Spirit Halloween will not be your employerYour employer will be the independent owner and operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employmentSpirit Halloween shall have no obligation or responsibility to you with regard to your employment by the consignment operatorThe application that you are about to complete will be routed to our consignment operator for their considerationIf hired, the consignment operator shall be solely responsible to you for your employment benefits and wagesYou will be required to follow the employment and operating policies and procedures as established by the consignment operator.
