LOCATION: 614 ed Carey Drive Harlingen, TX HOURS: 25 hours per week:(days they would work) 4pm-7:30pm, most Saturday's 8:30am-11am, as well as 8-10 hours from home. Simple instructions. If you're waiting for some mysterious sign to apply, I suggest you JUST DO IT before someone else takes YOUR job!Responsibilities•Resolve member concerns professionally and respectfully to address them through excellent customer service•Prospect leads by doing a variety of actions, such as calling, texting, or emailing potential members, and chatting with them at local events or during studio walk-ins•Maintain long-term clientele and grow the studio's membership base through sales, new member onboarding, and excellent customer service•Organize and manage promotion initiatives both inside and outside the studio•Assist at our front desk by greeting everyone that comes in, answering phones, and talking to membersQualifications•Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)•Prior work in a customer-facing position or customer service role is required•Stays organized and manages time well•High school diploma, GED or equivalent•At least 1 year of sales experience or work in a similar role is preferred
