Specific job duties and selection requirements vary between Orangetheory studio locations. Downtown Fit, LLC dba Orangetheory Fitness is currently looking for fun, smart and passionate influencers to join our studio(s) in Downtown LA!

Our Sales Associates are leaders in the Sales Team, and directly support and report to the Team Leaders and the General Manager. There is a strong focus on premium customer service and playing a part in membership growth and retention. Ideal candidates have a strong track record of top sales performance indicators, leading others by example, strong customer service skills, communication skills and proven sales experience.
SA's will meet and exceed all key performance customer service indicators for the fitness studio; including lead outreach, class bookings, membership sales, renewals, upgrades, freezes, cancellations, updating and collecting declined credit cards, maximizing workout traffic, and maintaining premium customer service levels. An SA's role includes training new SA's if/when needed.
