They are looking for a Sales Associate who will play a key role in creating memorable shopping experiences for the customers. This is an onsite position based in Fairfield County, CT.

Sales Associates Responsibilities and Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the perfect piece of jewelry to meet their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information on products, including materials, styles, and care instructions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service and follow-up.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets by effectively upselling and cross-selling products.

Sales Associates Qualifications and Skills

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
