Senior Helpers, a national non-clinical private duty senior care provider is seeking a dynamic personality to join its team in Webster Groves, MO.
WE OFFER: Base salary AND commission plan based upon client management & new client acquisition. You will work closely with our excellent support staff to assist you in achieving branch/individual goals.
POSITION PURPOSE: The candidate will hold a key role of working closely with both our clients and care staff to ensure the highest quality care is provided. Additionally, you will act as the face of the agency; creating, enhancing, and maintaining strong relationships with medical facilities, providers, and other referral groups to increase the footprint to grow the business.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Medical background preferred (ex. Physical Therapist; Social worker; LPN, RN, EMT, Hospital Case Manager)
- Highly active in the community
- Previous experience in outside sales
- Motivated, self-starter, with a positive attitude
- Must enjoy helping people and making a positive difference in someone's life
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Work closely with Office Staff to ensure client care expectations are met
- Create and maintain strong relations with clients and their families
- Act as a Liaison & Effectively communicate with all parties involved in the care experience (agency, family, client)
- Assist in Supervision of Caregiving Staff & Service
- Identify local influence centers (hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living with rehabilitation or respite care, doctors' offices, and other health providers) to determine lead sources.
- Develop and manage new lead sources per marketing blueprint.
- Personally visit and arrange meetings with persons responsible for or in a nursing home, doctor's office, and private companies.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, networking events representing Senior Helpers services. Network with others in the industry to develop additional lead sources.
- Assist in coordinating various marketing methods including direct mail, print ads, networking, and develop new methods of marketing.
