Position Description Summary
- All Associates are responsible for daily execution of the Mission Statement, which includes providing First Class Service to both internal and external customers.
- The Sales Associates may perform tasks on the sales floor or in a support environment.
- This position ensures a positive customer shopping experience in a well-maintained and friendly environment.
Position Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency required.
- Display a consistent sense of urgency. Able to prioritize and handle several projects at once.
- Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team orientated environment, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to pass the Federal Criminal History Record Check and Paradies Lagardere Background Check.
- Computer work, heavy lifting (40 lbs.), long standing periods, climbing lifting, bending, nights or weekend work, based in a store or group of stores; early morning, evening and weekend work and holiday.
