Inside Sales Associates Position. Enhance a Colour, a Danbury based Visual Solutions Company, is looking to hire a couple of inside Sales Associates to work specialized markets where we have the Creative Visual advantage. This is a full time position (40 hours/ week) or could be a part time position (at least 25 hours/ week) working here in Danbury, from our 145,000 sq. ft. building with over 10 ½ Million Dollars of Visual Solution Production Equipment and 50 Great Teammates. We are looking to expand our creative reach into New Visual Fields, where we have the creative advantage. This Sales position requires a lot of telephone calling (on average probably 50 to 65 calls per day) in following up on both leads we give you and email blasts where people have opened the blasts and looked at the Enhance a Colour website. It also requires you to be very thorough and diligent with paper work so we can see how many times we have reached out to the leads given to you and to those leads from email blasts. On average it takes 8 to 10 touches to create a new sales account. The position works from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM and the hours can be adjusted if it is Part-time work to fit a person's schedule. The ideal candidates we are looking for, will have done cold-calling in the past, knows how to use a computer and thinks the telephone is his or her best friend and their money maker. The position pays $ 25.00 per hour base and has monthly incentives based upon the candidate's sales volume for the month. Monthly Sales Volumes Commission Rates: From $ 0.00 dollars to $ 30,000.00 dollars in sales we pay $.02 percent commission From $ 30,001.00 dollars to $ 75,000.00 dollars in sales we pay $.03 percent commission And anything over $ 75,001.00 dollars / month in sales we pay $.045 percent commission Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Salary: $75,000 - $150,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: Yes
