Adecco is assisting one of our top clients in a search for Inside Sales professionals for their Melville, New York location. This is a direct hire opportunity! The newest leader in the merchant services industry ready to disrupt the traditional credit card processing sale. They offer a unique opportunity for business owners to harness more of their hard-earned profit! The client offers programs to enable business owners to keep more of the sales profit when customers pay with their credit card.
- Mange the sales processes of your Inside Sales Representatives from initial sales call to close of the business deal.
- Understand client requirements and needs, offering solution support and following up on client questions.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Skills and qualifications:
- Strong phone presence with the ability to think on your feet and remain poised during client interaction.
- 2-year outbound phone sales (No Cold Calling)
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated and self-directed
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000 per year plus unlimited commission. (Last years top salesman made $205K and the bottom person made $110K.) Benefits:

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
