- Brainstorm and identify ways of increasing sales to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals as a team.
- Maintain a neat and always organized front desk and lobby area.
- Set the example for the team on the 3 Ss (smile, story, and satisfaction) and hold yourself accountable to internal and external customer service standards.
- Answer phones, emails, chats, and questions from pet parents
- Strive for high customer review ratings!
- Welcome Dogtopians for drop off and pick up of their dogs.
- Cultivate an outstanding Dogtopia experience - provide dog parents with professional wisdom and advocate for the most appropriate products and solutions to meet their needs.
- Participate and assist in marketing efforts to generate and promote new business inside and outside of the daycare.
- Manage our front of house customer management and billing systems.
- Maintain and update our cleaning and maintenance schedule.
