Location: New York,NY, USA
**This is a part-time position (30 hours per week) with hourly compensation. Full-time opportunities may arise for exceptional Sales Associates.**
**Responsibilities**
- Deliver an exceptional experience for clients, with a strong focus on sales
- Maintain a strong knowledge of Koio products
- Ensure store is well-merchandised
- Manage back of house
- Create and fulfill orders, for both in-store purchases and online requests
- Communicate with the Koio team on a daily basis, relaying information about sales goals, in store opportunities, and day-to-day challenges
- Assist with setup and execution of Koio events
**Abilities and Experience**
- Some college education desired
- Retail sales experience at a luxury fashion, footwear or accessories store
- Knowledge of customer service principles and processes
- Knowledge of sales principles including conversion and upsell
- High level of ownership and responsibility
- Eagerness to learn and grow with Koio
