  • Seasonal On-Call Sales Associate The Seasonal Sr. Sales Associate primarily supports our sales force during one of our heaviest seasons of business (September through December). Each fall, we conduct open enrollment meetings where we meet with beneficiaries to explain their health benefit choices. The temporary on-call sales staff would assist the full time sales team onsite at seminars and events. We are looking for individuals who are comfortable in front of groups and answering questions about health insurance. The majority of the meetings are 3 hours a day. We''re looking for seasoned sales and marketing staff that are willing to work flexible hours to support the annual effort. Health care experience or demonstrated knowledge is a plus. New on-call sales staff will go through training before shadowing Sales Executives out in the field. Reliable transportation is a must. On-call sales staff are reimbursed from mileage at the national IRS rate. This is a seasonal temporary position only. Accountabilities: Promotes Client products and services to prospective and existing Client customers. Assists at sales seminars to educate and inform prospective and existing members about Client. Provides complete and accurate information to potential applicants regarding benefits and pricing. Responsible for communicating meeting outcomes, competitive environment, and customer needs.

    Minimum Requirement –

  • Relevant Years of Experience: 2 years of work experience in health care and/or supporting or reporting to a sales department preferred. Minimum Requirement - Education and/or Classes: HS Diploma: administration or equivalent work experience preferred. Personal Computer proficiency with Microsoft Window operating systems preferred. Willingness to travel locally 20% of the time required. Reliable transportation required. Flexible schedule required. Life and Health insurance knowledge preferred.

  • Preferred Requirement - License, Certification and/or Designation: Licensed in Life and Health insurance preferred
