The Stone & Company is currently hiring for a Sales Associate. The position is Part time . This will be a permanent position. The candidate we are looking for will work Day and weekends when necessary. Salary is negotiable per experience but will start between $17.00- $20.00 an hourJob Requirements1, Must have a Knowledge of Hardware/ Lumberyard retail sales experience preferred.2, High school diploma/ GED or Higher educationMust have 2 years of experienceJob ResponsibilitiesEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service2 Assess customers and provide assistance and information on products features3 Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries4 Follow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis5 Go the Extra Mile to drive sales6 Maintain in- stock and presentable conditions assigned areas7 Actively seek out customers in store8 Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discusses available options9 Process POS ( Point of Sales) purchases10 Cross sell products11 Handle returns of merchandise12 Team up with co- workers to ensure proper customer service13 Build productive trust relationship with customers14 Comply with inventory control procedures15 Suggest ways to improve sales ( e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store's design)Please apply on the website/ www.stoneconcrete.comn under the employment tab.
