Apiece Apart is seeking a highly skilled and fashion-forward Sales Associate to join our team at Apiece Apart SoHo, opening this Fall.
As a Sales Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain a deep understanding of our collections, hero pieces and vision. If you have a passion for womens fashion and a knack for building strong relationships, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a personalized shopping experience for each client
- Drive sales growth by meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our pieces and collections; Maintain a thorough knowledge of product features, benefits, and availability
- Build strong relationships with clients, offer styling advice and personalized recommendations
- Process sales, returns and exchanges for in-store and online accurately and efficiently
- Partner with Customer Experience Lead to handle styling, policy and product queries for online clients as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and store objectives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, designer collections, and competitor activity

Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience in high-end women's wear retail
- Deep understanding of womens fashion and retail trends
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Fashion or related field preferred
