**Key Responsibilities:**

* Generate new business opportunities through company leads, networking, and referrals

* Utilize partnerships with Lenox RMs for new business generation.

* Lead point-of-sale engagement with prospects

* Design and review presentations for initial pitch and point-of-sale meetings

* Draft, manage, review and analyze Request for Proposals(RFP)

* Partner with RFP team to formulate benefit plan designs

* Conduct meetings with employers to customize programs to help meet their benefits needs

* Engaging Lenox Relationship Managers to keep benefit opportunities front of mind

* Continuing to service existing employer customers through ongoing consultation on topics regarding new benefits options, the latest benefits trends, updates, etc.

* Domestic Travel 10%

**Skills/Qualifications:**

* Minimum of 1-3 years sales experience in disability insurance, voluntary benefits, group benefits or related industry

* Bachelors Degree required in finance or related field

* Life and Health required

* Series 6 License required

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Effective verbal and written communication skills

* Strong Organization skills

* Experience inputting sales process into enterprise CRM

* Must perform well in high-energy, dynamic and team-oriented environments
