Build rapport to determine the needs of the customer by listening and asking questionsExplain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.Build strong rapport with customers. Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles. Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.Respond to and or resolve customer issues related to orders and products.REQUIREMENTS:Previous dealership experience is a huge plus, but no experience required, we will trainHigh school diploma or equivalent is requiredEnthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workdayOutgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricingPossess strong communication skillsMust have a clean & valid driver's licenseMust be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment.California DMV Sales License
