- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries from customers regarding service appointments, pricing, and general inquiries.
- Utilize phone, email, and other communication channels to follow up with customers and schedule service appointments.
- Actively engage with customers to assess their needs, answer questions, and provide accurate information about available services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service appointments, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure efficient scheduling and timely completion of service appointments.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to improve processes and procedures.
- Stay informed about product updates, service promotions, and company policies to effectively communicate with customers.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the automotive or service industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software applications, including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to customers.
