As a Business Advisor, you will engage with SMEs and advise them on the best solutions to adopt for their business. Concretely, you will be in charge of the whole sales cycle, from leads to closing, including customers onboarding. What will you do? Receive leads, initiate contact, and qualify the potential clients. Analyze and understand the customer needs, activities, challenges, and pain points. Present the CRM software by providing tailored demonstrations according to the customers' needs. Provide customized quotes and negotiate conditions of the contract. Profile Strong business knowledge and curiosity. Genuine interest in IT and software. Analytic vision & fighting spirit. Good organizational skills. Nice to Have Previous experience in Sales or Consultancy. Previous experience in the IT sector. Overachiever spirit and proactivity. Work hard/play hard attitude.
