As a Sales Clerk, you will be responsible for all daily sales reporting and accounts receivable functions such as posting sales, invoices, and checks to the general ledger.

Responsibilities
* Record all daily sales activity, calculations of gratuities, and commissions.
* Reconcile receipts and issue revenue share sub-tenant payments in a timely manner.
* Reconcile sales, invoices, and checks received to the general ledger.
* Track accounts receivable, generate monthly reports as it relates to daily sales reporting.
* Ensure that all deferred revenue entries are accurate and investigate the activity, as applicable.
* Reconcile account balances and accruals such as rent, credit cards, private label.
* Maintain the DSR AR processes, schedule new DSR events, and assist with month-end closing.
* Handle queries from management, guests, and the corporate office in a timely manner.
* Ensure coverage of office responsibilities; assist in all aspects, participate in cross-training when necessary.
Qualifications
* Associates degree in accounting.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Two years of related accounting software and spreadsheet experience are preferred.
* Strong computer skills, proficiency in spreadsheets and accounting software.
* Ability to deal with multiple tasks in a deadline-orientated environment, with accuracy and neatness.
* Ability to travel up to 5 percent to other locations.
Physical Requirements
* Ability to sit for long periods of time, viewing computer screens and performing repetitive movements for the length of a shift.
* Ability to carry and maneuver uniform inventory frequently.
* Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and carry up to 35 lbs. frequently.
