Job Summary
Synopsys is seeking a Sales Commission Manager to join our Sales Compensation team. We work in a fast paced, dynamic environment supporting Sales teams worldwide. This position reports to the Director of Sales Compensation and will manage 3-5 direct reports. In this role you would be performing activities related to the development, implementation, communication, and administration of Sales Compensation related quotas, plans, and policies. Successful managers at Synopsys are self-starters, clear communicators, natural problem solvers, with a focus on process improvement.

Position Qualifications:
The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $106,000 - $160,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
