C & B Material Handling, LLC (part of the C & B Equipment family), a leader and supplier of choice in material handling equipment, automation solutions, and industrial equipment rental, is seeking a Sales Coordinator for our location in St. Rose, Louisiana. The Sales Coordinator will manage equipment delivery schedules, process orders, and provide after-sales support. This role is crucial for maintaining efficiency and effectiveness in the sales department.Essential Duties:
- Coordinate sales team by managing equipment delivery schedules.
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
- Give after-sales support when requested or needed.
- Store and sort equipment build sheets and invoices in electronic forms.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Inform salespeople of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing material.
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
- Invoicing, ordering equipment and communicating information.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
- Good computer skills (experience with Microsoft Office suite).
- Well organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A team player with a high level of dedication.
- Ability to meet physical demands and duration of physical exertion generally required to perform tasks in support of all job functions, for example - sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
