Purpose of this Job: This role is responsible for ensuring the completion of strategies that meet our corporate Execution and Mid-Term Plan targets. Identify and develop key actions to support the sales team in overcoming market, industry, or other challenges to the companyfinancial goals. Requires daily support to the Sales and Marketing team in pursuit of OEM business and in support of Sanden's customers.RequirementsPrinciple Duties/Essential Functions:
- Sales and Program coordinator for Customer Air Conditioning compressor business
- Continual work to develop relationships with established customers
- Provide sales quotes and cost estimates to customers
- Create work orders based on requests relative to sales for customers
- Track the status and delivery of all orders and invoice when appropriate
- Maintain direct contact with customer's Engineering and Purchasing departments and personnel
- Maintain records of where each program is with regard to development budgets
- Attend program meetings to monitor and track cost control influences
Other Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Work with Sales Management as needed with sales and marketing projects
- Research Market of customers future demands
- Market research to establish customer targets
- Special projects/studies as required
- Identify opportunities for profit improvement
- Support daily sales office requirements

Education:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, General Business Management
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- 3 + years' experience within the Automotive Industry
- 3+ years of Automotive Sales experience (Preferably Tier 1 level)
- Must have an automotive industry background and practical experience handling a variety of automotive commodities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with people at different levels throughout an organization
- Experience or knowledge of statistics
- Strong skill sets with a proven track record of successful customer negotiations
- A creative, proactive and results oriented mind set
- Possess the ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives
- Experience in project management.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical problems, make technical proposals.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously required
- Ability to successfully interact with a wide range of Customers (internal and external)
- Must be knowledgeable of TS-16949 Quality Management System and ISO-14001 Environmental procedures
- Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have strong computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
