Job Overview:

The Sales Coordinator plays an integral role in supporting the DollarDays sales team, enabling them to work efficiently and achieve their targets. This position serves as a subject matter expert on sales processes, tools, products, and procedures, providing crucial support to streamline operations.

Key responsibilities include preparing sales reports, assisting with lead generation, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing day-to-day processes. The Sales Coordinator also ensures smooth communication and operational flow within the team.

This is a fulltime position that requires you to work in office Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Responsibilities:

· Act as a knowledgeable and resourceful point of contact, providing support and guidance to the sales team ensuring smooth coordination within the department.

· Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales documents, updating customer records, and coordinating sales-related activities.

· Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards to track sales performance, analyze sales data, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement.

· Monitor and manage sales-related email inboxes.

· Develop and process leads, forwarding them to the appropriate team members to ensure prompt and effective follow-up for successful conversion into sales.

· Accurately enter and update customer and lead information in the CRM System, ensuring data is current and accessible for the sales team.

· Deliver tailored insights and updates based on specific needs and preferences to enable more personalized sales interactions.

· Serve as a resource to step in, as needed, to handle complex customer and system issues, and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure timely solutions.

· Perform additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications and Skill sets:

· 2-3 Years experience in outbound sales is preferred

· High school Diploma or equivalent

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and some overtime.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.

· Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficient with CRM, Excel, Teams, Outlook, Microsoft Suite and other sales tools to track and manage sales activities.

· Keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

· Proven experience in sales coordination, sales support, or similar role, preferably in an outbound sales environment.
