About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team in the Hospitality, Tourism and Recreation industry. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales department in achieving its goals and objectives. Your major end result will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the sales department, while providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where multitasking abilities and flexibility are essential.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field2+ years of experience in sales coordination or related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPointExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and eveningsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in outside sales or related fieldKnowledge of sales accounting and CRM softwareAbility to speak multiple languagesResponsibilities:Assist the sales team in generating sales orders and maintaining accurate sales recordsProvide excellent customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely mannerCoordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the sales teamCollaborate with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to clientsMaintain a high level of knowledge about the company's products and services, as well as the industry trends and competitorsSkills:As a Sales Coordinator, you will be using your multitasking abilities and flexibility to support the sales team in achieving its goals. You will be using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service to clients, while collaborating with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of products and services. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, will be essential in generating sales orders and maintaining accurate sales records.
