Please note, this role necessitates regular travel to our office located in Sterling, VA.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in Sterling, VA. The Part-Time Sales Coordinator will report directly to both the Business Development Coordinator and the Sales Account Manager. This role involves close collaboration with the Sales team to effectively gather, monitor, and relay all sales leads from home builders. Additionally, the assistant will schedule and verify sales meetings, manage records, assemble project portfolios, and perform additional duties as needed.Key Responsibilities :Hours will be 10am-4pm, Monday through Friday.Manage and oversee all incoming sales leads from home builder sales representatives, ensuring effective tracking and communication.Greet and assist visitors arriving for sales meetings, addressing, or directing inquiries as needed.Handle incoming calls, ensuring they are correctly forwarded, and capture comprehensive messages when necessary.Ensure team cohesion by recording and sharing activities, noting any discrepancies, and highlighting ongoing requirements.Facilitate customer inquiries regarding projects and services, ensuring prompt and accurate processing.Coordinate with the Sales Manager to evaluate new client meeting requests prior to allocation to a Sales Associate.Organize and verify sales consultations for the team utilizing specialized software.Uphold the appearance of the reception space and manage the provision of refreshments in the showroom.Provide regular updates on project progress to the Sales Manager and colleagues.Compile and organize project-related materials, including visual aids and layout designs.Undertake additional tasks as delegated by the Sales Manager.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; higher education or associate degreeDriver's license and reliable transportationProven experience in an administrative assistant roleProficiency in office management systems and proceduresStrong command of the Microsoft Office suite and internet applicationsExcellent typing skills and familiarity with office equipment like printers and phonesOutstanding time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.Keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesExceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
