Sales Coordinator Location: RemoteOverview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Coordinator with to join our dynamic sales team. This role is essential for generating warm leads via outbound prospecting efforts that support our sales executives in closing deals and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with potential clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and cultivate warm leads through various channels, including call and email outreach, networking, referrals, social media, and industry events. Warm leads are transitioned to the sales executive to work through the sales process to close.
  • Build and foster relationships with prospective clients, physicians, and corporate office administration to generate leads, keep Alopex top of mind, and expand market reach.
  • Stay abreast of healthcare news to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform lead generation strategies.
  • Assist sales executives in preparing for meetings and presentations, providing background information, prior meeting notes, and insights on leads.
  • Execute follow-up tasks, including scheduled calls and marketing campaigns, to generate warm leads for the outside sales team.
  • Analyze lead generation processes and outcomes, providing input to management on outreach success for enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in HubSpot, tracking progress and prospect responses to outreach.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and improve call scripts for better lead generation.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Participate in industry conferences and trade shows, managing event logistics when necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or sales/marketing.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and quotas.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executives and key decision-makers.
  • Proficient in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable to modern technology, and able to work independently.
  • Dependable, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment: This is a full-time remote position with strict adherence to a work-from-home policy. You must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet environment suitable for speaking with prospects. Occasional travel may be required for industry conferences or meetings.Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm EST or according to client business hours.
