Job Type Full-time Description Hoffman's Exterminating is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of a sales coordinator. This full-time position will support the sales team in their efforts to bring our exceptional services to more commercial customers. Hoffman's Exterminating is one of the fastest growing and most dynamic Pest Control companies in the South Jersey & Tri-state area. We currently operate out of 6 offices (Mantua NJ, Woodbury Heights NJ, Burlington NJ, Northfield NJ, Newtown Square PA, and Middletown DE). About the Role The Sales Coordinator will work directly with the Sales Director. Their focus will be to reduce the administrative burden of the commercial sales team and ultimately improve upon the efficiency of the sales process. The Sales Coordinator will be the subject matter expert of our sales systems and processes, conduct regular audits of accounts, and provide exceptional service throughout. While this position is primarily internal to the company, there may be a need to contact current or potential customers to confirm certain details of their account. Familiarity with phone and email etiquette will be essential in the performance of duties. Primary Job Duties
- Assist salespeople in all facets of a Sale.
- Assign and manage calendar/schedules of all salespeople ensuring maximum potential sales impact and outward customer face-time.
- Prepare and upload into Sales Center all Bids and Proposals.
- Maintain relevant Sales forms in PestPac, as well as access to all potential and active Client portals.
- Status Pending Leads and Opportunities in Sales Center, ensuring none ever expires or have no action taken.
- Research and pull pertinent information from Zoom Info, as necessary.
- Conduct outreach to local Chamber events and schedule salespeople to attend with the goal of networking and creating opportunity.
- Create target market lists and actively pursue commercial business through email blast, mailings, and other creative forms to create opportunities.
- Other duties as may be assigned by the Sales Director.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven inside sales experience.
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
- Experience working with CRM.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Salary Description $24.00 - $26.50 per hour + Commissions
