Our Sales Team is instrumental in our ability to continue rapidly growing and scaling the business, as we deepen relationships in our current spaces and move into new markets and industries.Job Summary: Our new Sales Coordinator will be a key contributor within the Sales Team to ensure smooth execution of all sales activities. This is a sales enablement role that will coordinate among our sales leaders to minimize any conflicts in key sales events and ensure that sales leaders are available as needed for prospective client meetings. Our Sales Coordinator will also have an active role in managing the input of information into our CRM system as well as coordinating sales outreach efforts. The support of this individual will allow our sales leaders to maximize their impact in external spaces, to support AMEND's growth in the coming years! Responsibilities: Conduct research as needed to build, manage, and maintain the active lead list for sales leadersCoordinate prioritization and outreach on behalf of sales leaders in lead generation efforts Assist in preparing and organizing sales cycle materials for the sales leadersSupport sales activity by entering sales updates into Salesforce, our CRM system, as needed Connect regularly with sales leaders for sales cycle updates to ensure accuracy of Salesforce data including opportunity and project specific detailsTracking the quotas and goals of each member of the sales teamIdentify and resolve conflicts for sales leaders for key sales events, rescheduling meetings when neededManage list of both internal and external invitees and RSVPs for business development events Participate in weekly Sales Team meetings to stay up to date on business development initiatives and coordinate efforts Build a strong understanding of AMEND's offerings and ways of working Working with other staff members from departments such as marketing, delivery, and finance to help ensure strong cross department communication for daily activities and during internal initiativesAll other duties as requiredSkills Needed: Bachelor's degree in business (or equivalent work experience)Experience in sales enablement role Relationship building and interpersonal communication skills Organization and attention to detail Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools (preferred) Familiarity with ZoomInfo or similar Lead Generation tools (preferred) Ability to manage multiple priorities Ownership and independence of one's workWhat's in it for you?Competitive pay and bonusFlexible time offContinued education and individual development plansFull Health, Vision, Dental, and Life BenefitsPaid parental leavePTO for your birthday3:1 charity match*Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment Visa at this time.*
