Partners with Wellness Advocates in helping to build their business success and to stay abreast of corporate affairs.Job Responsibilities:Build relationships with Wellness Advocates that encourage and motivateMonitor sales and ensure timely recognition of various levels of achievementProvide accurate and correct understanding and application of dōTERRA's compensation planRespond fairly and accurately to questions regarding the compensation planHandle exception requests and represent those requests when neededStrategize with consultants and help them be more effectiveSet up conference calls, send conference call notes, send welcome/congratulatory lettersAssist with other projects and responsibilities as neededJob Qualifications:1 + Years of Sales experienceBachelor in IT related field or equivalentAbility to establish professional relationships and partner with Wellness AdvocatesFluent in SpanishOutgoing and positive personality with the ability to communicate effectively, respond to concerns, and strategically solve problemsFamiliarity with dōTERRA's compensation plan & proven ability to follow through on assignments and customer needsExperience with the direct selling industry and customer service preferredProficiency in DataTrax required & commitment to work full-time preferreddoTERRA International, LLC. is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
