- Collaborates with various departments and personnel to ensure that business activities align with the Group and Business strategy.
- Actively manages orders and contracts from receipt through processing to shipment to allow for seamless allocation of product and the linking of available products to open orders.
- Works with Compliance to maintain export documentation control and connection to current orders
- Works with shipping department to communicate order completion and prep for shipment
- Works with accounting department to pursue timely execution of shippable orders once payment terms are satisfied
- Maintains a working matrix and analysis of the current orders allocated and what is estimated to be available for shipment through month end (managing the gap)
- Perform other duties as directed by supervisor or management.
