Sales Coordinator/Office SupportPosition responsibilities include, but are not limited to:1. Point of contact for all new Residential Project Leads received through:? Show room guests: Responsible for welcoming New/Returning Clients that visitthe showroom. Making sure to provide information related to their needs whileguiding clients through the showroom. Responsible for gathering information aswell as pricing and providing a quote promptly, to prepare for onboarding.? Office phone calls: This position entails being the primary team member toanswer all phone calls received through the office phone. When a call is not anew lead, the call or text must be directed to the appropriate team member.Position requires handling all new project phone leads, by gathering projectinformation to provide a quote promptly and to prepare for onboarding.? Office cell phone, (via text or call) When a call or text is regarding a possiblenew project, proper information and instructions are to be provided to the callerin order to provide a quote promptly. If not 'new sale' related, the call or textmust be directed to the appropriate office team member.? Email inquiries, respond to new emails as they relate to new project leads only.When not a new project, respond to the original correspondent with a properintroduction and hand off to the appropriate office team member.2. Consult/Onboard Prospective Clients and new projects:? Determine the needs of new client jobs: This will include familiarization with theentire line of MCS Glass products we install for clients. Products include:? WBS Framed Showers, Milgard Windows/Sliding Doors, Gilwin Windows,Anlin Windows/Sliding Doors, Marvin Luxury Windows/Doors,Optimedia Windows, Classen Interior Doors, Glassfab Mirror/Glass, FHCHardware, CRL Hardware, Avalon Mirrors + Glass, Glasswerks, PrecisionFrameworks and Infinity Mirror/Glass Production? Onboard New Client jobs when ready to proceed: Includes gathering allimportant information and project details. As well as informing, educating, andsetting the right expectations to the client as to the project process.? Provide new clients with a same day quote as quickly as possible? Send out proposals to clients when necessary.? Responsible for sending out work order agreement on all projects andensuring agreements are signed and received? Once Customer is ready to move forward with payment hand off toProject Coordinator to manage project through its completion3. Provide Daily Administrative Assistance:? Assist managing Commercial Job Compliance items.Includes fulfillment of essential documents for commercial jobs to maintaincompliance. This includes:? Commercial project folder organization? Fulfilling Certificate of Insurance (COI) forms as required per project? Keeping Track of Prevailing wage jobs, ensuring 100% compliance? Filing DAS Forms as required per project? Managing WRAP Insurance as required per job? Pulling DIR Information when necessary? Primary Admin Support to Ownership.Includes completing tasks assigned by Owners, which includes:? Creating / Sending Proposals? Producing Margin Reports? Requesting Vendor Quotes? Creating new Invoices as requested, promptly sending invoice toappropriate clientCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $24.00
