Sales & Customer Service - Client PartnerBaseboarders @ Renovation BrandsAbout the Role:Baseboarders is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented team player, who can efficiently and accurately multi-task daily salesand customer service responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.This position reports to the Inside Sales & Service Manager for our Baseboarders brand.
- Location: Florence, AL.
- Hourly Salary Rate: $17.50 - $19.50 (experience &interview performance will determine actual number within the range.)
- Bonus Potential: Monthly sales commissions based on company performance.
- Hours: 40 hours, full-time, Mon-Fri, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, phone, and email.
- Meeting and exceeding sales goals by highlighting product features and benefits as well as recommending ways customers can best use our products in their renovation projects.
- Ability to respond well under pressure and think outside of the box to help customers find solutions for project needs / unique requirements.
- Remaining knowledgeable of all products, services, and policies with ability to clearly communicate for customer's understanding of the information.
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, phone, and email.
- Accurate, time-sensitive entry and follow-up of quotations and orders.
- Effective communication / follow-up with team members to ensure customer needs are met.
- Ability to take full ownership of responsibilities with minimal supervision required.
- Being a self-motivated person striving to go the extra mile.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Four-year college degree or applicable experience is preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience with industrial sales and customer service.
- Must be proficient in Excel and Word.
- NetSuite experience is a major plus.
- Excellent written, verbal and follow-up skills.
