Flexible Schedule Shifts: 5-day workweek, Monday through Saturday, with a day off during the week, and the last Sunday of the month. Here is an example of a schedule.

- Wednesday: OFF
- Thursday: 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm
- Friday: 9 am - 6:00 pm
- Saturday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach. Essential Functions
- Demonstrate vehicle features to customers who purchase a vehicle: pairing phones, customizable settings, garage door openers, and all vehicle features.
- Contact customers to follow up with questions after delivery.
- Follow up with Subaru customers after the sale and all deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction, positively impacting customer loyalty.
- Schedule a subsequent re-delivery for those requesting an additional explanation of their new vehicle's features.
- Assist the Sales and Service departments with customer technology questions and provide support when needed.
- Collaborate with sales management to meet monthly targets
- Utilize marketing and communication skills to maintain high customer satisfaction reviews
- Stay up to date with manufacturer education courses
- Perform in-person manufacturer training courses
Requirements
- Technology savvy
- Automotive enthusiasm
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus
- Extensive manufacturer product knowledge
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive post-delivery experience for customers.
