- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day desk operation.
- Lead and motivate Sales team by coaching and mentoring.
- Manage desk assuring an efficient and smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
- Monitor all metrics and train accordingly.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.

- Proven Automotive sales experience in a managerial capacity.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, including finance options.
- Customer relationship management experience.
- Demonstrate problem solving abilities with a strategic mindset to drive sales growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate.
- Track record of building and managing a high-level sales team
