The Sales Development Representative qualifies and generates customer accounts for the Expert Enterprise marketing and sales team. The Sales Development Representative position is an entry-level position. Sales Development Representatives are given extensive training in all areas of marketing and sales functions to ensure representatives have all the tools needed to be successful as a Sales Development Representative at Expert Enterprise.
Responsibilities:
Our Sales Development Representative will focus on the following areas:
- Engaging with consumers to educate them about the company's products or services and qualify them as potential customers.
- Qualifying leads by understanding customer needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process.
- Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify potential opportunities for lead generation.
- Professionally representing and promoting our clients to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Initiating new customer acquisitions on behalf of our clients.
