  • Prospect & Generate Leads: Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers using various tools (e.g., LinkedIn, CRM software, etc.).
  • Conduct Outbound Outreach: Conduct high-volume cold calls and personalized email campaigns to engage potential customers and generate interest for sales reps.
  • Qualify Leads: Understand the needs and pain points of prospective clients to qualify leads and determine if they align with our product or service offerings.
  • Set Appointments: Schedule meetings for the sales team by effectively communicating the value proposition to prospects.
  • Manage Pipelines: Maintain and update accurate records of all interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and improve lead quality.
  • Continuously Learn: Stay up to date on industry trends, market developments, and competitive positioning.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (internships or part-time experience is a plus).
