Job Description:

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Self-Motivated Outside Sales Representative who will achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company's products and/or related services. Both immediate income opportunity and long-term growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

  • “Get the sale” using various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
  • Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Evaluate customers' needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
  • Meet personal and team sales targets
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
  • Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
  • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory skills and attributes
  • Must have ability to cold call, prospect and convert calls into actual sales activities with a proven record in Lead Generation and finding new sales prospects
  • Must be driven to build a book of business and leverage all methods of generating leads
  • Create and be Accountable to Regular Reporting to the Leadership Team
  • Manage client expectations to ensure that the Team can deliver on what is promised
  • Great Communications skills, founded in being a good listener
  • Experience with CRM and sales lifecycle
  • Clean Drivers license

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Minimum associate or bachelor's degree (or equivalent job experience).
  • 3-5 years of successful business to business sales experience
  • Proven ability to reach, access and secure meetings with appropriate decision makers
  • IT technical knowledge a plus (Product/technical sales knowledge will be provided)

COMPENSATION

$65,000-$150,000
